Did the campaign run, serve or air as planned?
Measurement and reporting
WRAL Marketing helps define what success should look like before the campaign launches, then uses available delivery, exposure, engagement and business signals to understand what happened.
Measurement should not begin after the campaign. It should begin when the objective is defined.
Did the campaign run, serve or air as planned?
How many people or households had the opportunity to see the message?
Did people click, scan, visit, watch, search, call or submit a form?
Did the advertiser see more visits, leads, appointments, sales or other internal signals?
How confidently can those changes be connected to the campaign?
What should change, continue or expand in the next phase?
WRAL supplies campaign and media signals. The client can help connect those signals to business results.
WRAL Marketing holds campaign reporting to a high standard by using established measurement sources such as Nielsen for linear audience delivery, Google Analytics and platform reporting for digital and owned properties, and campaign-specific tools for clicks, visits, form fills, QR scans, conversions or foot-traffic studies where available.
Digital reporting often documents exposure and behavior. Linear reporting estimates audience delivery and opportunity to see. Neither should be oversold as perfect causation. The strongest story comes when WRAL reporting and client business data are reviewed together.
